ROGERS VIDEO DIRECT RETURN POLICY
Rogers Video Direct wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If
you are not completely satisfied with any new DVD purchased through Rogers Video Direct, you
may return the DVD for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the day your
order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice) subject to the following
conditions:

Your return shipment must include the original invoice.

All DVDs must be returned in their original condition. DVDs must not be opened
and must be factory sealed to receive a refund. All of the original packaging,
including DVD, bonus DVD, case, booklets and liner notes must be included in
your return shipment.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees
will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund
account. Rogers Video Direct is not responsible for the cost of returning your return
shipment.

Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you are non-refundable.
Rogers Video Direct cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than thirty (30) days past the Ship Date.
Rogers Video Direct is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the return shipment of your order.
Previously viewed DVDs are non-refundable.
Occasionally, Rogers Video Direct may include a promotional item in your shipment at no cost to you. Promotional items may not be returned to Rogers Video Direct for a refund, credit or replacement for any reason.
If your order arrives damaged, please return it immediately for
a full refund. Rogers Video Direct will replace a DVD only if it is damage or defective.
Simply return the DVD and all of its original packaging and a replacement DVD
(if available) will be sent to you.
Rogers Video Direct will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have
received and processed the return item. A refund will be issued in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase.
